We will call you the day before the scheduled appointment to validate the time make certain nothing has changed.
If a better discount is posted after the customer has made an appointment and before their cleaning we will honor the better discount for them.
When we arrive we will inform you on what we will do. We will also be upfront and let you know if we can get all the stains out. If we cant get all out the first time we will come back and try to remove them with no charge. If we fail to do so we will refund you for that room.
48 hours after the cleaning we will give a follow up call to make sure none of the stains have returned. If so we will come back at no charge and re-clean the area.
